I was brought up in Brighton and Hove, my working background has focused on those struggling with complex trauma, addiction and domestic violence along with general relational issues. In addition, I have lived and worked abroad in a variety of cultures which further informs my practice.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University. I am a member of the BACP and work within the framework of the BACP ethical guidelines.
